- Developed the Plans and Exercises (PLEX) Exercise Decision Matrix (EDM) for a DOD Agency. The EDM assesses and aligns multiple corporate process outputs with internal requirements to prioritize exercise engagements based on cost, benefit, and risk. It is used as a corporate tool to aid decision makers with the ability to determine which exercises the Agency should engage in to best test its Plans and to "train like it fights."
- Developed and identified best practices for the PLEXTrack. PLEXTrack is a customized wiki that enables online plans and exercise coordination and collaboration throughout Agency’s enterprise in real-time. This collaborative environment improves efficiencies and extends limited human capital, and, more importantly, enables the Agency to synchronize its planning and exercise efforts throughout its enterprise, thereby providing better and timelier support to Combatant Commanders and other Intelligence Community and Inter-Agency partners.
- Developed Lessons Learned processes for collaborating on, developing, processing, tracking, implementing, and closing all Plans and Exercise-related Lessons Learned. This process leverages PLEXTrack and integrates into corporate Lessons Learned programs.
